There may be a number of different reasons why you want to become smoke-free: looking or feeling better, reclaiming control over your life, for your family, or to save money. Understanding the benefits of change can help, especially when those benefits can be directly connected to your unique values.


Lesson #2: Track Your Triggers

In this lesson, you will learn how triggers influence your behavior, how to identify your triggers, and how to boost your trigger awareness.


Lesson #3: Prepare for Cravings

In this lesson, you will learn ways to respond to tobacco cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Making a plan to manage cravings will help you to feel better prepared for challenging people and situations.
